A "Full Package" is House Listing Photos + Drone Images + Zillow 360 Tour

$220 + tax = up to 3000 sq ft, up to 40 final images, interior and exterior photos (delivered by Google Drive), turnaround time within 24 hours. More than 40 images and/or more than 3000 sq ft = additional fees based on extra number of images and extra square footage.

I will travel to surrounding towns/cities with an additional charge for mileage and travel fees. Mileage is billed at $ .73/mile after the first 20 miles from 80915. Any travel over 45 min will incur a $35 charge per hour, each way.

Up to 10 images for $175+ tax

*Drone is subject to FAA regulations - restricted air space and “no-fly” zones.

(Drone video can be added for additional cost. Up to 2 min with music and wording $90+tax. Please provide the details you would like listed. i.e.

– bed/bath/sq ft/address/realtor contact info, realtor logo, etc.).

$115+ tax Zillow 3D tours include floor plans (approx. 24 hrs for floor plans).

$50+tax = Photos taken at the listing are used to create a slideshow video presentation.  Includes listing address and price, bed/bath/sq ft info and realtor's contact information.
